Ruby red with garnet hints

Black fruit, savoury, spicy and floral characters.

Complex and richly flavoured with black cherry, bramble and a hint of violet on the palate. Good structure and fine tannins lead to a long rich finish.

Nebbiolo

The grapes are from the Barbaresco area of Piemonte. South West aspects at altitudes between 180 and 400m. Limestone- clay soil.

Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Planting density 4,000 - 4,500 vines/ha.

Fantastic with roasted and grilled meats.
